Guava Cheese

Guava Cheese is a Caribbean traditional treat.

Fresh fruit pulp is slow cooked to gummy perfection with the aid of green pectin rich fruit or fruit pectin and a bit of lime/lemon juice.

We have taken this delicacy and innovated our offerings to include a number of other fruit flavors including:

• Tamarind
• Gooseberry
• Papaya
• Pineapple
• Jamun
• Mango
• Sorrel

These additional flavors have quickly become a favorite of ours and we are sure they will become some of your as well.
